1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. SERVICES

Ferges provides video editing and content strategy services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, the client owns the rights to the final video deliverables. Ferges reserves the right to use the work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA is signed.

4. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Payments are due as per the invoices sent. First-time clients may require an upfront deposit. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work completed.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
